Registration is now open for the Women In The Wilds Weekend at Sinnemahoning State Park.

Ladies, are you tired of your typical weekend?  Do you find yourself sitting in front of the television watching other people have fun?  Well, here’s the perfect opportunity to break out of your routine and try something new!

Friday, June 24, to Sunday, June 26, 2016, Sinnemahoning State Park is offering a weekend filled with opportunities for women to learn new outdoor skills.

Programs will include biking, archery, kayaking, bird-banding, fly-fishing, camp cooking, and many others.  Participants may choose up to eight different sessions over the three days of the event, and all meals are included.

Pre-registration is required by Friday, June 10, 2016.  The program fee of $100.00 per person includes eight classes, all meals, and an event t-shirt.  Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to register early.

Grab your mom, sister, best friend or co-worker and join other aspiring woods-women for a new adventure in the heart of the Pennsylvania Great Outdoors.
