On the banks of Allegheny River, you’ll find the charming resort town of Foxburg. The town has a thriving performing arts center, featuring an art gallery and Lincoln Hall, which is the home of The Mighty Wurlitzer Theater Organ.  Visitors can enjoy restaurants with views of the river, a winery, a tour operator, a chocolatier, an inn, and the Foxburg Country Club, which the oldest golf course in continuous use in America.

Our post-and-beam facility provides a casual dining experience inside or out, along with fine dining and with breathtaking views of the Allegheny River Valley.

Nationally designated river offering many recreational opportunities including public access, boating, canoeing and kayaking, fishing, wildlife watching and wilderness camping.

ARCA provides enriching and stimulating professional music programs and art exhibits at Lincoln Hall, Red Brick Gallery, and Riverstone Farms from March-December.

Popular for photography, bird watching, hiking, fishing, and picnicking with nearly 850 acres of lakes, wetlands, and meadows surrounded by woods. More than 150 species of birds and waterfowl have been identified.

Historic cold-blast charcoal iron furnace built in 1844, 32 feet tall. Maximum production 1,200 tons/ year. Abandoned in 1858 due to lack of timber for fuel.

This river meanders through narrow valleys of hardwood forests, The Clarion is popular for family canoeing as sell as for trophy brown trout and smallmouth bass fishing. Walk or bike the Allegheny River Trail in Foxburg to the bridge, where the Clarion empties into the Allegheny River.

Unique European-style chocolatier offering  gourmet chocolates, handmade in the Allegheny-Clarion River Valley. Also serving espresso coffees, teas, ice cream, and snacks for special diets.

Located on Main Street Foxburg at the trailhead of the Allegheny River Trail. Literature, maps, and visitor information housed inside a retired caboose.

Play golf on the oldest continuously running course in USA. Visit the American Golf Hall of Fame and the Hickory Stick Pub.
