Robyn Young performs acoustic country, pop, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock and country. She is also a songwriter so you will hear some of her original work as well. She’s playing on July 1st at Wolfs Corners Fair at 5 p.m., July 15th from 7-10 p.m. at R** Bandana Winery, July 23rd at Iron Mountain Grille and July 3rd and 31st from 3-6 p.m. at Trail’s End Restaurant.

Playing all of your country acoustic favorites Til’ Morning will be at R** Bandana Winery on July 1st and July 8th from 7-10 p.m.

Do you love indie and folk rock? Well that’s just what you’ll hear when you come to Deer Creek Winery to hear Sean Carey on July 2nd from 2-5 p.m.

Richard Eustice is ½ of the duo Acoustic Highway. He plays acoustic rock n roll favorites. He will be at  Foxburg Wine Cellars on July 2nd from 2-5 p.m.

Root2Fifth is an acoustic music duo playing classic, timeless tunes, country, rock and more. You will want to see them at  Iron Mountain Grille on July 1st and at Laurel Mountain Vineyard’s Sunset at the Winery on July 2nd at 7 p.m.

Nick Forsyth plays all of your acoustic cover tunes from Johnny Cash to Neil Young and anything in between. He’s playing at Benezette Wines on July 2nd, 9th and 30th from 2-5 p.m.

Bryan Phillips will be playing all your favorite country hits at Deer Creek Winery on July 2nd, 8th & 22nd from 6-9 p.m. and July 16th at Iron Mountain Grille.

If you’re looking for some hard, funked up rock you have to see Nick Sea at R** Bandana Winery on July 2nd from 7-10 p.m.

No Excuses are an acoustic band playing a little bit of everything from the Beatles to the Foo Fighters, Collective Soul to Fleetwood Mac. They are playing at Ray’s Hot Spot on July 2nd and 8th starting at 9:45 p.m.

Truth Seekers are an acoustic duo playing classic acoustic/folk rock, unique cover songs and originals at  Deer Creek Winery  July 3rd and 31st from 2-5 p.m.

Don Schiebel does some fantastic work on his beautiful 12-string Guild with a voice and a selection of music that will stir so many old memories. Catch his show at Foxburg Wine Cellars on July 3rd from 2-5 p.m.

Darla of the Route 8 Band is going solo with a new spin on some rock favorites from 2-5 p.m. on July 3rd and 24th at R** Bandana Winery.

If you long for the sounds of yesteryear and want to embrace a longstanding Brockway tradition come out and enjoy the Brockway All Star Big Band as it leads a journey through the big band era and celebrates a truly American art form at the American Legion Memorial Stage in Taylor Memorial Park, Brockway on July 3rd at 6 p.m. Then at 8 p.m. the Junk Rock Band takes over with your rock favorites.

Capturing the style and mannerisms of old blue eyes himself… Bo Wagner’s sound and resemblance are remarkably similar to Sinatra. He even had the privilege of performing for Sinatra himself! Let’s be Frank, you don’t want to miss this remarkable tribute to Sinatra at the Punxsutawney Groundhog Festival in  Barclay Square on July 3rd from 6:30-7:30 p.m. with a second show from 8-9 p.m.

Lonesome Bob and Steve play electrifying rock with a unique show of great music and comedic interaction on July 3rd from 7-10 p.m., July 9th from 2-5 p.m., July 16th and July 22nd from 7–10 p.m., and July 30th from 2-5 p.m. at R** Bandana Winery.

On July 3rd David Mayfield will be playing some great original country and bluegrass music in the Gateway Lodge restaurant followed by an evening campfire.

Singer-songwriter Coston Cross continuously uses all his life experiences and the influences of Garth Brooks, George Strait, George Jones and believe it or not Guns ‘n Roses to shape his own style of new country music. He is a must see at the I Love Clarion celebration on July 3rd from 5-7 p.m. and at Trail’s End Restaurant on July 17th from 3-6 p.m.

Wrangler Band will be performing some country with a kick … that is music ranging from today’s top of the charts modern country to yesterday’s classic 80’s rock at the I Love Clarion celebration on July 3rd at 7 p.m. and at the East Brady Area Riverfest on July 15th at 8:30 p.m.

Four real brothers and a wife make up the most unique music act you will ever see.  The Moore Brothers sing doo-wop, 50’s, 60’s, classic rock, hits of the country legends, as well as today’s best country artists.  But that’s not all.  Want to hear Johnny Cash and June Carter or Loretta Lynn and Conway Twitty?  How about guys that can play hard rockin’ double lead guitars then pick up the fiddle and do great foot-stompin’ country. They do it all. Don’t miss them at the Punxsutawney Groundhog Festival in  Barclay Square on July 4th from 2-4 p.m.

For a jammin’, bluesy, funky funkin’ good time with some rock and r&b dance tunes too, you gotta catch Angel Blue and the Prophets on July 4th from 2-5 p.m. at Foxburg Wine Cellars July 4th celebration with an old fashioned BBQ, giveaways and prizes for best patriotically dressed. If you can’t make that they will be there again on July 31st from 2-5 p.m.

On July 4th Michael Christopher Band will be playing their original new wave country music from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at the American Legion Memorial Stage in Taylor Memorial Park, Brockway. Then from 8:30-9:45 p.m. Rock Of Ages will be playing the best of the 60’s, 70’s & 80’s music.

The Windy River Band plays all types of music from country, to oldies to classic rock that you can dance to and have a blast! If you like to dance —- you’ll love this band. For over a decade they have played all over Western PA and want to play for you so don’t miss them at Wolfs Corners Fair on July 4th at 7 p.m. and at R** Bandana Winery on July 23rd from 2-5 p.m.

Broken Down Dog will be playing all of your classic rock favorites at 7 p.m. at Corsica’s 63rd Independence Day Celebration on July 4th.

A truly magical show for all Beatles fans, whether you saw them on Ed Sullivan or live in concert, or are among the younger fans who have discovered the music that forever changed the face of rock and roll. Max Schang Trio of Blues Band does a collection of well-known blues tunes performed with a sense of fun and an original approach…and as always a crowd-stompin’ good time so get your stomp on at Allegheny Grille on July 5th from 2-5 p.m. and at Foxburg Wine Cellars on July 30th from 2-5 p.m.

Gary Bickerstaff will be playing all your acoustic top favorite hits on July 5th & July 19th from 5-8 p.m., and July 24th from 3-6 p.m. at Trail’s End Restaurant, at Clarion River Brewing Company on July 22nd from 8-11 p.m., July 30th from 2-5 p.m. at Deer Creek Winery and at Iron Mountain Grille on July 30th.

Chris Higbee has a passion for contemporary & alternative country music, contemporary & traditional bluegrass, urban cowboy, and contemporary & country blues. He is a complete musical artist skilled in fiddle playing, singing, song writing, and playing various other instruments. His performance energy is so infectious it has been known to convert even the most stubborn non-country music fan into HigBillies, his self-named fan base. If you love Elvis then you will love this tribute artist, Scott Allegretto. He will play all of your favorite Elvis tunes, and he dresses the part too. He’s at the Iron Mountain Grille on July 8th.

Rick K. & The Allnighters take you on a high speed, cross country, tour of rock’s greatest hits through the Fabulous Fifties, then gets groovy with the 60’s Explosion, then hustles you into the Disco Nights of the 1970’s. The road trip hits high gear with a head on collision into the classic top forty, pop rock of the 1980’s & 90’s. Running on empty? Your tour heads for home with high octane hits of the new millennium. You don’t want to miss them at the Punxsutawney Groundhog Festival in  Barclay Square on July 8th from 7:30-8:30 p.m. or 9-10 p.m.

Carolyn Longo will be playing pop, rock, blues, smooth jazz, standards and celtic folk tunes on July 9th from 2-5 p.m. at Deer Creek Winery.

Against the Grain is a western PA rock band playing everything from classic rock to alternative to today’s hits including interesting versions of fan-favorite songs that span hard rock classics from AC/DC and Led Zeppelin to Grunge-Alternative bands such as the Foo Fighters and Reliant K. They will be playing the Punxsutawney Groundhog Festival in  Barclay Square on July 9th from 2-4 p.m. Then come back in the evening for Ryan Pelton’s Tribute to the King entertaining you with all things Elvis from 7:30-8:30 p.m. and again from 9-10 p.m.

Gashouse Annie has opened for many national acts including Willie Nelson, Loretta Lynn, Toby Keith and many more. With a mix of blues, country, bluegrass and even some gospel thrown in for good measure this is a show you have to see on July 9th from 2-5 p.m. at Foxburg Wine Cellars.

On July 9th American Standard will be playing a free show at the Red, White and Blueberry Festival in Reynoldsville from 6-9 p.m.

On July 9th and 23rd Bryan Schwab & Jim Kelley play all your favorite acoustic blues, psychedelic and rock fusion tunes from 6-9 p.m. at Deer Creek Winery.

Pipe Dreams play all of your funky, psychedelic rock tunes at R** Bandana Winery on July 9th from 7-10 p.m.

Tim Lionelli is the lead singer from the Woo Hoo Band and plays acoustic favorites by The Eagles, James Taylor, Cat Stevens, Crosby-Stills-Nash & Young, The Rolling Stones, The Who and The Beatles just to name a few. He will be bringing a few other band members with him making up Tim Lionelli Plus. They will be at Iron Mountain Grille on July 9th.

Randy A performs all your favorites from soft rock to country on July 9th from 9 p.m.-1 a.m. at Driftwood Saloon & Grill.

The KGB (Kalob Griffin Band) is an all-original rock band. With 30+ originals in rotation, the songs range from hard rockers to melodic tunes with a healthy dose of classic two guitar rock and roll filling out the night. KGB will bang your head and shake your behind. See them live on July 9th at Ray’s Hot Spot starting at 9:30 p.m.

There will be a free bluegrass concert on July 10th from 1-4 p.m. at the Red, White and Blueberry Festival in Reynoldsville.

Mitch Littler plays his original blues tunes complete with harmonica and a soulful voice. You can see him live at Foxburg Wine Cellars on July 10th from 2-5 p.m.

Bad Hat Daddy O’s are a classic rock duo playing all of your favorites from the Eagles to Rod Stewart to Tom Petty and more at on July 10th from 3-6 p.m. and July 26th from 5-8 p.m.  at Trail’s End Restaurant.

The Ryver Nymphs are an acoustic duo that plays country and folk favorites. They will be dishing up your favorites at Allegheny Grille on July 12th, and Deanna Miller from The River Nymphs goes solo at R** Bandana Winery on July 31st from 2-5 p.m.

The Lounge Lizards will play 60’s and 70’s classics from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in Barclay Square’s Music in the Park in Punxsutawney on July 14th.

No matter what era you’re from, the rockin’ duo Wheels & Heels (Dick and Joanie from the band Trixx) will probably know one of your favorite songs. They are at the Iron Mountain Grille on July 15th.

The Sawyer Stepp Trio is a quality, easy listening, full sounding trio band that performs a nice variety of songs from the 70’s, 60’s, 50’s, 40’s, 30’s and even back to the roaring 20’s! They will play at  Deer Creek Winery on July 15th and 29th from 6-9 p.m.

Spanning four decades, The Ozone Rangers are a classic rock, country, and ZZ Top tribute band. Relying on a groove of bluesy bass and drum rhythms sprinkled with some tasty Southern licks, the Ozone recipe has stood the test of time like a bottle of Jack Daniels on a woodshed shelf. You don’t want to miss them at Ray’s Hot Spot on July 15th starting at 9:45 p.m.

Visit R** Bandana Winery and hear Basement Band on July 16th from 2-5 p.m.

Mancave Music will be playing some great acoustic tunes for you at Foxburg Wine Cellars on July 16th from 2-5 p.m.

Come out to Deer Creek Winery to hear some great acoustic cover tunes by Cory Monaco on July 16th from 2-5 p.m. & 6-9 p.m.

On July 16th Street Level will give you some music for the soul. They play rock and funk baked to perfection to satisfy your musical appetite. Check them out at the East Brady Area Riverfest from 7-10 p.m.

Trixx band plays all of your favorite classic rock hits from the 70’s and 80’s including Journey, Styx, Bryan Adams and so much more. These guys have been together for a long time and it shows. They are playing at Ray’s Hot Spot on July 16th starting at 9:30 p.m.

“Emlenton’s American Idol” Isaac Cole made it to the 51st spot on American Idol.  He is an awesome country singer with original works as well as playing yesterday and today’s country music.  He has a record deal in the works and he’s ONLY 15 years old. He will perform on July 17th from 1-2:30 p.m. at the East Brady Area Riverfest.

If you like music from the 40’s through the 70’s on the accordion, with a focus on German, Polish and international favorites then you have to see Kirk Hamza in concert at DeBence Antique Music World in Franklin on July 17th at 1:30 p.m. This is a free concert.

Renowned Steinway artist and international competition winner, Alec Chien, performs a delightful program of powerful piano classics on the newly refurbished Steinway.  His program will feature major works for the piano –  Robert Schumann’s Fantasy in C Major, the Transcendental Etude “Harmonies du Soir”, the virtuosic Hungarian Rhapsody, No. 12 by Franz Liszt, and the iconic Pictures at an Exhibition by Modest Mussorgsky at Lincoln Hall on July 17th at 2 p.m.

Dan Murphy plays timeless tunes from many genres. He is also a member of The Six, a local band with members from The Clarks and Rusted Root. You won’t want to miss his show at Foxburg Wine Cellars on July 17th from 2-5 p.m. and at the Allegheny Grille on July 26th from 6-9 p.m.

Bob Shawgo plays classic to today’s acoustic rock n roll favorites entwined with comedic interaction at R** Bandana Winery on July 17th from 2-5 p.m.

If you love a crossover between rockabilly, new grass, acoustic rock and roll, country and a little bluegrass thrown in for good measure then Mandolin Whiskey is who you wanna see and Allegheny Grille is where you gotta be on July 19th, or at  R** Bandana Winery on July 23rd from 7-10 p.m.

If you like Polish and American music you must go to Barclay Square’s Music in the Park in Punxsutawney on July 21st from 6:30-8:30 p.m. to hear PA Express.

On July 22nd there will be an old-fashioned hoedown by the Hidinger Band from 7-9 p.m. at the Jefferson County Fair.

Chaz plays all of your classic and dance rock favorites. They have been playing together for a long time and have always been very good. They are at Ray’s Hot Spot on July 22nd starting at 9:45 p.m.

Kim Thomas’ annual Fiddle Contest will be at the Jefferson County Fair on July 23rd. Register at noon. Contest from 1-5 p.m.

Megan McGarry plays the banjo, fiddle and sings country, bluegrass and folk favorites and her original songs as well. She will be at Benezette Wines on July 23rd from 2-5 p.m.

Do you love a mix of rock, country, folk and Americana music? That’s just exactly the kind of music that Juvenile Characteristics plays! They’d love to see you in the crowd at Deer Creek Winery on July 23rd from 2-5 p.m.

Jen Baker plays a mix of classic rock, blues, some country, and whatever else feels right at the time. She’s playing at Foxburg Wine Cellars on July 23rd from 2-5 p.m.

Samantha Sears and Jared Thomas make up the musical duo The Banned. They’re performing selections from many genres and original songs as well from 5-7:30 p.m. at the Jefferson County Fair on July 23rd.

Laurel Mountain Vineyard’s Sunset at the Winery on July 23rd at 7 p.m. features Second Street which is a local acoustic band that plays country and classic rock.

Two For Flinching combines some of the most talented musicians in the area with an entertaining stage performance and a spectacular sound and lighting show. The quartet switches effortlessly between smooth funk, hard rock and groovin’ dance rhythms, while providing sweet vocal harmonies, dazzling technical musicianship and a dose of humor. You don’t want to miss them at Ray’s Hot Spot on July 23rd starting at 9:45 p.m.

Dan Stockwell has a unique mix of folk, rock and indie music. He plays cover songs and has some really good original tunes as well. He’s mixing it up at Deer Creek Winery on July 24th from 2-5 p.m.

J.D. Eicher is a singer songwriter whose new album (The Middle Distance) came out on May 6th.  Infused with rock, pop and indie influences you don’t want to miss his performance at Foxburg Wine Cellars on July 24th from 2-5 p.m.

The Sharptones will be playing 50’s 60’s and 70’s classics at Barclay Square’s Music in the Park in Punxsutawney on July 28th from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Route 8 will give you a new spin on some classic rock favorites on July 29th from 7-10 p.m. at R** Bandana Winery.

Do you like rock and dance hits of the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today? Then The Intent Band is just who you want to come out and see at Ray’s Hot Spot on July 29th starting at 9:45 p.m.

International Artist Maureen McCafferty-Galiber will be performing pop music from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on July 30th at Scotch Hill Community Hall in Leeper.

The stunning vocal harmony, blazing instrumentals, soulful singing and good old-fashioned bluegrass energy of the Allegheny Drifters, western PA’s finest bluegrass ensemble will set your down-home toes a tappin’ in Lincoln Hall on Saturday, July 30th at 7 p.m.

If you like bluesy rock and just plain fun, then you have to come see the Renegade Roosters on July 30th from 7-10 p.m. at R** Bandana Winery.

Head to the Elk Country Visitor Center on July 31st at 2:00 p.m. to hear the father son duo and Nashville recording artists Randy Paul perform their original down home country songs. Their newest cd “Moon Shine” was released in October 2015.

On July 31st Mid-Life Crisis will play a variety of classic rock tunes at Barclay Square’s Music in the Park in Punxsutawney from 3-5 p.m.

The region also has some terrific monthly meet ups to showcase your talent as well.

The Forest County Country Music Association has a bluegrass and country music jam session to set your toes a tappin’ and your fingers snappin’. You are even welcome to join in if you like. It happens the 2nd Friday each month at the MACA building on Pine Street in Marienville and the 3rd Friday each month at the Forest Folk School in Tionesta.

If you love American Folk Music; singing, playing guitar, banjo, ukulele, dulcimer or mandolin meet at CREATE Café on the first Thursday of each month where you’ll play the music of Pete Seeger, Woody Guthrie, Arlo Guthrie, Bob Dylan, Joan Baez, Peter Paul & Mary, The Kingston Trio and many, many more of your favorite classic folk tunes from the 1930’s through the 1970’s.
