Allegheny Trail
With a wide, paved pathway and adjacent equestrian trail running through lush woodland and riverside terrain, the Allegheny River Trail (ART) has something to offer every trail enthusiast. -
Armstrong Trail
The 30 mile long Armstrong Trail built on the former Allegheny Valley Railroad line is located along the eastern bank of the Allegheny River. The trail links such towns as Ford City, Kittanning and East Brady and is a great place to bicycle, walk, jog, bird watch or exercise in a safe relaxing environment. Horseback riding and cross country skiing are also possible on designated sections. The trail is for non-motorized use only. -
