Once thriving in the lumber industry and eventually becoming a hub for glass manufacturing, Brockway is a charming little town located in the northeast corner of Jefferson County.

In the later half of the 19th century, Brockway was center for the lumber industry and in the 1890's transforming into a hub for glass manufacturing. Visit the Taylor Memorial Museum and step back in time viewing the vast display of glass from local industry along with many interesting artifacts from the lumbering, mining, and farming communities in the surrounding areas.

Brockway is proud of its patriotic roots and is the place to be for the annual Old Fashioned 4th of July celebration!  The entire family will enjoy festivities including the Grand Parade, the Firecracker 5K, Star Spangled Bicycle Race, car show, contests, and live entertainment.

Rails-to-Trails pathways are accessible year-round for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.  Golfers can hit the green at 9-hole and 18-hole public courses.
