Nestled in the southeast corner of the Allegheny National Forest you'll find Johnsonburg, or "Paper City USA" and the quaint town of Wilcox!  


Nicknamed "Paper City USA"   The Johnsonburg Commercial Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.  Home to Domtar Paper Mill is one of the most technicologically advanced paper mills in the world earning high profile businesses such as the Saturday Evening Post when Norman Rockwell painted its iconic covers and if you've ever read a Harry Potter book, you've thumbed through paper made in Johnsonburg!


The charming village of Wilcox, with its winery, has some of the most picturesque scenery in north-central Pennsylvania.

Hospitality encourages visitors to come back often. With Bendigo State Park, Twin Lakes, East Branch Lake and Elk State Park just minutes away, this area is truly an outdoor paradise.
