Cameron County

The scenic 75-mile Bucktail Trail travels through Cameron County.  This winding trail named after the famous Civil War-era Bucktail Regimen, meanders along the West Branch of the Susquehanna.  While on this beautiful driving tour, there are many stops and side trips along the way.  Three State Parks, Bucktail, Sizerville and Sinnemahoning are located in the county which all offer outstanding scenery, miles of trails and waterways and endless outdoor recreation.  Bring your camera and binoculars, as Cameron County is the home of numerous wildlife species, including Pennsylvania’s Elk Herd and Bald Eagle.  Fishing and Hunting are prime outdoor activities and Geocaching is plentiful.
